As reported earlier, I will be presenting a lively interactive discussion before the Central Florida Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators at their June 1, 2016 meeting.

“Building Team and Culture in the Legal Environment,” will take a look at some of the special challenges of working in such environments and practical–and fun–opportunities for positive cultural change.
