I’m again honored to have been reappointed to the Central Florida Employment Council Board of Directors for 2016.

The Central Florida Employment Council (CFEC”) consists of some 800 Central Florida companies and serves as a premier employment and career network. Members include hiring managers, Human Resources recruiters, career specialists, and community resources professionals.

I was able to cover many of the issues associated with returns from medical leaves, extended leave policies and reasonable accommodation issues with respect to FMLA and Workers’Compensation. Hopefully, this is something that will be of assistance to our HR professionals as these issues arise in the workplace.
